Statewide Tournament coming up soon!

WHO CAN GO - anyone sixth grade and under. If you're in 4th grade, you need to have a rating near 300 or better to have a chance at winning a game. In 3rd grade, you need a rating over 200 to have a chance at winning a game. You will play 7 games - five on Friday and 2 more on Sunday.
WHEN: April 9-10 Saturday 8:30-5:40 Sunday 10:00 -2:00 Awards 2:30-3:30
WHERE: the Breck School, 123 Ottawa Ave N, Golden Valley MN 55422. There is no bus, so you'll have to get your own ride there.
COST: $18 (the school will pay the rest) plus lunch or lunch money. Lunch at Breck is a little pricey.
HOW TO REGISTER: Go to www.schoolchess.org click on "Statewide Tournament" and select or download the registration form. Print it, mail in with check before April 1. 
DEADLINE: April 1st is deadline for early registration. You can register at the door, but it will cost you $10 more.
